In lieu of an in-person visit, if you are interested in scheduling a window visit, FaceTime or Zoom call, please contact the receptionist at 270-444-9661. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the health and safety of our residents and staff are our #1 priority.

We are working closely with our local Health Department and the facility Medical Director. Currently there are no additional confirmed or symptomatic residents.

We are continuing to monitor all residents and staff, and are doing everything recommended by the CDC, CMS, and the health department. All areas are being disinfected, and all staff are wearing protective equipment at all times in the center.
